Legacy Music Estate

The estate of an iconic rock vocalist runs its website, merch store, newsletter and an annual tribute concert with a very small team. We rebuilt the platform, launched the estate’s first online store, and deployed a Brand, Marketing and Website Manager appliance. It runs the brand, the site and the store, and it planned the tribute campaign that doubled attendance.

01 · Challenge

A legacy that could not reach fans.

Years of radio and social media promotion had never sold the tribute past half capacity. The website took up to 20 seconds to load, site email wasn’t getting through, and there was no online store for fans to buy from.

02 · Appliance

Brand, Marketing and Website Manager, on OpenClaw.

We traced the slowdown to the host (99% of load time was server-side, not the database), migrated without interrupting Microsoft 365 email, launched a print-on-demand store, and handed daily operations to a trained agent that plans campaigns, keeps the brand consistent, and runs the site, store, fulfillment, newsletter and inbox.

03 · Outcome

More reach, less manual work.

Tribute-month merchandise sales up ~25% and donations up 93% year over year, plus a fan art gallery of 217 works recovered from web archives and restored.

04 · Campaign

An AI-planned campaign that nearly sold out both nights.

Instead of another round of radio and social ads, AI built a combined digital and print campaign around where fans and tourists actually go, and gave us a map of which locations to cover first. It also turned up tactics nobody had tried, like asking tour-bus drivers to post the flyer on the bus and hand it to passengers.
